Introduction to Text Mining with Constellate In-Person / Online

Learn about the principles of text mining using Constellate, a JSTOR's text mining platform from JSTOR. Constellate provides tools for building a large dataset, using items from JSTOR and other digital collections, cleaning the dataset, analyzing the dataset using a range of tools, and visualizing the results. This session will introduce users to Constellate, show how to create a dataset and visualizations, and review some of the advanced options to accessing Jupyter notebooks for using Python to analyze texts.
