Join us for the April WashU Data Users Group meeting as Madhurima Kaushal, Bioinformaticist for the Institute for Informatics (I2) will talk about how she utilizes R in her research with genomic data. She will elucidate with examples from her next-generation sequencing data analysis projects that involve a varied range of tasks from data management and analysis to data mining and visualization.
