Rome Seminar Room 002B (University Libraries Study Spaces) Capacity: 12

Description

Rome Seminar Room is an approximately 282-square-foot space that primarily accommodates Library instruction and meetings with a maxiumum seating capacity of about 12 people. Available furniture includes tables on casters and chairs that users can configure in a variety of ways. A/V equipment includes a PC, screen, projector, and sound system.

The Rome Seminar Room may be scheduled for up to three hours at a time and up to seven days in advance. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be made online (see button below) or at the Kranzberg Art & Architecture Library front desk.

Rome Seminar Room use policies: 

  • The Rome Seminar Room is available for use by individuals or groups of up to 12 people.
  • The Rome Seminar Room is not available for regularly scheduled classes.
  • The Rome Seminar Room is available for reservation and use during the library’s open hours. Please see the Libraries Hours page for details on open hours.
  • Please only reserve the time you will be using the room. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your reservation is forfeit and we will open the room to other patrons.

Enter the Kranzberg Art & Architecture Library and check in at the front desk. A staff member will assist you with opening the room, and can help set up any requested A/V equipment or with answering any questions you may have.
